Summary of Stone Cold by Destiny
The show starts off with Vicki and Mike running in the woods. After a short conversation, Mike leaves, seeing Vicki's still mad at him for Henry.
Meanwhile, a young (and fairly handsome) man is having a very good night with a brunette woman. After a few moments, she undoes his pants and then returns to be eye-to-eye with him. We see her from the back, her head covered with a mass of snakes as Brendan turns to stone.
The next day, Vicki is hired by a woman who loaned Brendan $6,000. Brendan is missing, and he was last seen alive in a night club. Vicki enlists Henry's help.
At the club, they split up. Henry interrogates a blonde girl while Vicki interrogates a waitress. The waitress says Brendan had a bit of a crush on Elena, the owner/manager of the club, and that she was in a private booth with chains. Vicki leaves, pulls Henry away from (no pun intended and not to be taken literally) the blonde. They find Elena easily enough. After a few minutes of interrogation, in which Elena says she doesn't remember him, Vicki says, "A lot of people who would want something from a handsome young man," and Elena says, "Sexual predators?"
Vicki and Henry leave with nothing to go on but that she's hiding something (this bit of information courtesy of Henry's outstanding lie detector abilities), she has an interesting tattoo on her breast which is in plain sight due to the low cut shirts she wears, , and the phrase "Fox City."
Coreen searches Fox City, and finds it to be a picture-sharing sight, sort of like MySpace. Brendan posted a picture of the blonde Henry interrogated, and a picture of the tattoo on Elena's breast from a camera phone.
Mike is involved in the case after the missing persons case is filed. He interrogates Elena and winds up at her house.
That night, Vicki and Henry break into Elena's house and find a living statue- Brendan. They are forced to make a quick getaway when Mike and Elena get back early.
Coreen suggests that a basilisk or gorgon got to him, and they automatically suspect Elena.
Mike tells Vicki that Elena's house was broken into the night before, but refuses to credit the picture Brendan posted on Fox City which proves she was lying about knowing Brendan.
Mike continues to have a romantic relationship with Elena, despite Vicki's obvious reluctance to let him.
Vicki returns to see that someone has broken into the house. She goes in and attempts to fight him, but he knocks her backwards and knocks Brendan over, smashing him, before fleeing. Henry arrives too late, to find Brendan packed up and Vicki sitting on the floor. After a short heart-to-heart, Vicki tells Henry to take Coreen and search the V.I.P. section of the club because she thinks there are other statues there. Meanwhile, she buries Brendan.
Henry and Coreen finally get into the V.I.P. section and find what they were looking for. Coreen runs some pictures of the statues through an FBI database and come up with names. She also tells Medusa's story:
Medusa was raped in Athena's temple by the god Poseidon who was in love with her beauty, and Athena was outraged at the desecration of her temple. Athena blamed Medusa and made her hideous, so Medusa decided to get revenge on all sexual predators, and even some who aren't sexual predators. After being killed by Perseus, her blood rejuvenated her.
Vicki goes to accuse Elena. Elena avoids Vicki and then tells her assistant to destroy the statues. Mike comes in, though, and Elena sends her assistant away for food. Mike tells Elena that he thinks something happened to her in the past due to how she talked. She tells him what happened (leaving out the gorgon, temple of Athena, centuries ago part), while Vicki and Henry come up the stairs to kill her. Elena turns Mike and Henry to stone but Vicki chops off her head, which turns to stone as well. Henry, Mike, and the other statues turn human again just as Elena's assistant comes running in.
